Father. Dawit Hagos
Father Dawit Hagos is the lead priest of Debre Mihret Kidist Mariyam Tsion Tigrayan Orthodox Tewahedo Church in Birmingham. As one of the founding members, he has been instrumental in establishing and nurturing this spiritual home for the faithful.
Through the holy celebration of the Divine Liturgy, the sacraments, and his priestly deeds, Father Dawit continues to serve the community with devotion and humility. His ministry reflects the sacred calling of the Orthodox priesthood - guiding the faithful in prayer, teaching, and pastoral care.
Father Dawit’s steadfast service stands as a living testimony to the enduring strength of the Tigrayan Orthodox tradition, offering spiritual leadership and compassion to all who seek the presence of God.
